I made the coffee cake for a work birthday celebration one Sunday evening. The recipe was quick and easy to follow. I thought all of the sugar and cinnamon mix was too much, but it actually turned out to be a perfect amount after it was baked. Some of the top caramelized, making crunchy and cinnamon-y bites. The cake was very moist, and the flavor was delicious.

Everyone loved it!
I waited for a special time when our family went on vacation to make this. I thought people would enjoy it with their breakfast but they ended up eating it at all hours of the day. My finished product did not look like the picture, but it tasted good; not too sweet. I really enjoyed trying it and sharing it!
