Although it's convenient to have on hand in the freezer vs playing the risky game of unripe then overly ripe avocados, I was disappointed in the flavor. It was very bland to me and didn't have that rich creaminess I'm used to for California or Mexico avocados.

Sometimes you don't have avocados. These are perfect because they don't ever go bad. I would just take some out when I did not have any, let them thaw a little and enjoy
