This was a big hit with my teen daughter. She's always been a big fan of elote at food trucks and festivals so this was right up her alley. She said it was better when heated up a little. Since cotija is an ingredient we typically have on hand she added some. more on top and of course, cholula. A must try.

Purchased the La Mexicana street corn dip as part of a promotion. It was a great tasting dip. Not too spicy as for my liking. The texture was perfect. Didn't break my chip as I was dipping.
