Fantastic cheese blend!
I loved this cheese blend, but the package was too large and I wasn't able to use all of it before it expired. I used it in quesadillas, a casserole, and a quiche. It was delicious in all 3!

Really nice melting cheese
I really enjoyed this cheese. It melted nicely and had a good flavor. I have never had a cheese blend that contains the cheeses found here. It was a nice change for me since i usually only buy cheddar or mozzarella cheese. the flavor is not strong but definitely a different flavor from the cheese I normally buy
