Perfect for baking!
Look at the ingredients, when compared to my usual store brand you can see Bob's does not bleach and is less processed. I made muffins and they turned out perfectly!

I enjoyed this flour, very soft and sifted well. Easy to store. Bag wasn't to big. Just the right size. Had great taste. Ingredients I can trust.

Bobs Red Mill has become a staple in our household. The quality of ingredients is noticeable and over the years have been able to trust this brand! Starting because of their gluten free products for one of our kids, branching out and trying their ‘regular’ line of products has been surprisingly great! I’m not sure that this flour is any different from any other flour out there. It really just tastes the same to me but I do like the small bags that it comes in.
BEST FLOUR EVER!
I know my heading says "BEST FLOUR EVER", but when I say that, I mean it. This is the best brand for flour, oats, and all of your dry baking needs. I bake ALOT, and when I saw the opportunity to receive a sample of the Bob's Red Mill, I was extatic!
