I don’t use flour much
I don’t use flour much so write in a review for it was kind of hard because I had to think of something to make with it to try it so I made something that not a lot of people make with it. I made flour tortillas and it turned out pretty good. I will try it again when I run out.

A healthy alternative to flour. I like that it is organic. Kind of pricey but definitely would buy in future. Some organic flour is sometimes chalky but not Red Mill.
