The B vitamin family includes vitamin B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B7 (biotin), B9 (folic acid or folate), and B12 (cobalamin).

This fact, combined with other factors such as a modern diet high in processed foods, means that it’s easy to become deficient in B vitamins. B1 Thiamin (benfotiamine) 100 mg, B2 (Riboflavin-5-phosphate sodium) 7.5 mg, B3 (Niacin – from 388 mg inositol hexanicotinate) 353 mg, B5 (Pantethine, calcium D-pantothenate) 300 mg, B6 (Pyridoxal-5’-phosphate) 100 mg, B12 (Methylcobalamin) 1000 mcg, Folic acid (calcium L-5-MTHF) 1000 mcg, Biotin 500 mcg, Choline bitartrate (provides 240 mg of choline) 600 mg, Inositol (from inositol hexanicotinate, inositol) 393 mg.
Non-medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, sodium stearyl fumarate, hydroxypropyl cellulose.
Capsule: hypromellose and chlorophyll.

I have a horrible time getting all the supplements I need in my diet being a vegetarian so this is an amazing product. I would definitely research before taking to make sure it's right for you but for someone with a compromised diet, it works perfectly for me.
Easy to take, but wasn’t able to see full results
I found this supplement easy to take. However I don’t feel that it is an essential in my routine. I also wasn’t able to take this long enough to see any effects.
Large... not sure about in charge
I found these supplements/pills giant! Like a horse pill. I didn’t notice any real difference in mood or health due to the sample only being a few days worth. I probably would look for B complex in an alternative form in the future due to the unpleasantness of taking this. I wouldn’t mind taking more than one at once if they did make them in a smaller size and I was able to notice health benefits. Perhaps I will look out to see if this brand offers alternative options before completely writing them off.

Small sample
It’s hard to write a review about the product by only trying a couple pills that come in the package.It doesn’t show its effect by using that small portion the only thing that I can say is that the size and taste was okay.
