Superb quality, but use it sparingly
The +5 UMF Raw Manuka is honestly an experience; much distinct from traditional wildflower or raw honeys. The layers and floral notes are profound, and with a creamier texture and mouthfeel. Due to these innate qualities and the high price point, this product to be used as sparingly as a topping, drizzled over a meal or snack as opposed to used in copious amounts in cooking. Also apparently can be used as a facial cleanser and moisturizer.

Good Flavor, Versatile Uses
Unique flavor, smooth and consistent. My only real beef is the price based on the amount of honey. You would have to REALLY like this to buy it regularly.

Manuka honey is always great
Manuka honey is great. This product is no exception. In fact I have a friend that bought some of this to keep in their first aid kit because honey is a great healing Aid. The honey was put into some vanilla yogurt and it was awesome.
